This was done using a clone of enigmail source code

     git clone git://git.code.sf.net/p/enigmail/source enigmail-source

using the .dtd and .properties files. It was necessary to check out
commit cf191f0ec30179045bf75e27ef67bc5d1e02838f to align with the
enigmail key creation instructions in the guide, (step 2.A). Some
updates are done after that commit, with changed wording. That commit is
from Fri Jan 2 15:27:24 2015 +0100.

- Language picker in index, mac and windows: as in workshops;
  NOTE: Language names are in their own language; they shouldn't be
  translated. The "current" class should be moved from English to the
  relevant language.

- Images in section 5: different alt attributes for different images;
  NOTE: Image descriptions are a little more specific in some translations.
  If there were several different translations for the same original string,
  we wouldn't be able to make correct PO files, should we ever need them.
