15 Subscribed Folders and the Left Frame
16

17

18

19 Currently subscribed folders are listed in the colored
20 area to the left. This frame may be set to automatically
21 refresh in the Options page. At the top of the left
22 frame is large and bolded heading. If changes have been
23 made to the subscribed folders using the folders menu
24 item, this list can be refreshed with the link below the
6205dc7d 25 title. Oddly enough, this link is titled "refresh folder
384c5b78 26 list".
27

28 The first folder listed contains received mail. To the
c6a60b3f 29 right of the first folder is a number in parentheses
6fd95361 30 "( )" reflecting the count of unread emails.
384c5b78 31 This number is likely to vary from the total number
32 of emails displayed in the right frame. Under the main
33 folder are likely to be other folders or subfolders.
34 Colors for these folders will change with theme choices
35 made in the options page.

44

45

46 You may delete any folder displayed in the drop down list box to
6fd95361 47 the left of the Delete button. Notice that this list may not
384c5b78 48 include all the folders displayed. The special folders such as
49 your sent or your trash folder cannot be deleted, and of course,
50 you cannot delete INBOX.

58 Create
59

60

61

62 Folders may be created by simply typing the desired name into the
63 text box and pressing the Create button. If you wish that this folder
64 be a subfolder of another one, you can choose that in the drop-down
65 box with the list of folders.
66

67

68 On some mail servers, there are two types of folders.
69 One that contains messages, and one that
70 contains folders. You may see an option called "Let this folder contain
71 subfolders." If you do and you check that, the folder you create will
72 only be able to contain folders and not any messages. Otherwise, you
73 will only be able to store messages in it and not folders.

83

84 You may rename any folder displayed in the drop down list box to the
6fd95361 85 left of the Rename button. Notice that this list may not
384c5b78 86 include all the folders displayed in the left frame. For obvious
87 reasons, you cannot rename the sent, trash, or INBOX folders.
