   4 Complete lists of all changes to the code, including bug fixes, are listed in
   5 doc/ChangeLog, and documentation for changes that have not yet made it
   6 into the manual is available in doc/NewStuff. The ftp site has a directory
   7 called ChangeLogs which contains individual ChangeLog and NewStuff files for
   8 each separate release.
