[REF] Tidy up param transforms

This just moves the transforms to their own function & comments them. I have previously
added test cover which should cover this well.

The parameters used for profiles are not the 'real' parameters so this does the transform
CRM/Batch/Form/Entry.php diff | blob | blame | history
