Add Python 3.5 to Trove Classifiers

README.rst currently states "can run on Python 2.7.x and 3.x ."

Python 3.5 is the latest minor release, and we like PEP20 so explicitly
add Python 3.5 to the list of Trove Classifiers so it's clear to users
(and downstream OS packagers) that 3.5 is OK.
