Several bug fixes:
Fixed resizing issue
Tightened up the global mouseclick to focus the control bar
Fixed cross-browser issues with escape hotkey
Added irssi based hotkeys (alt+num, alt+left/right, pageup/pagedown)
Tested on latest browsers of ff/chrome/IE
